Changed your mind? You have 24 hours from the moment your order is delivered to request a refund.

Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and kept in their original packaging.

Once your return is collected and approved, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund process to be completed.

Need a different size? Exchange requests can be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The exchange process usually takes 3–5 working days.

Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Out-of-stock items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any additional shipping or handling costs related to an approved refund or exchange will be covered by the customer.
